Terms and Conditions
These terms cover the website itself: what you can and can't do here, what the concept demos mean, and how an actual project gets agreed. They're written to be read, not to hide things.

About the demos
Concept demos are labelled CONCEPT or PERSONALIZED CONCEPT for a reason. They're illustrative mockups we build to show how we'd approach a problem — not commissioned work, not approved by the business shown, and not a claim of an existing relationship, of results delivered, or of an endorsement. Nothing in a demo is a promise about what your project will achieve. If a business would like its concept demo removed, tell us and we'll take it down.
Who you're dealing with
This site, and the services described on it, are provided by Strange Studio, an independent digital product studio operated by Chris Strange.
Our business address is 49 White Birch Rd, Redding, CT 06896, United States. Email hello@chrisstrange.com for anything relating to these terms.
Agreement
By using chrisstrange.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
What this site is
This is a portfolio and marketing site for an independent digital product studio. It describes the kind of work we do, shows examples, and gives you a way to get in touch. Prices, timelines and package descriptions shown here are indicative and are not a binding offer.
Demos and concept work
Demo links we share are personalised concept mockups, labelled CONCEPT or PERSONALIZED CONCEPT. They exist to make an idea concrete before any engagement begins. They say nothing about a business's current relationship with us, and they aren't commissioned, paid for or approved work.
Concept content is built from publicly available information and may contain placeholder details. Where a demo describes an improvement, that's design intent, not a promised or measured result.
Nothing in a demo obliges you to buy anything, and there's no charge for looking. We'll remove a business's concept demo on request.
Quotes, proposals and engagements
Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement that both sides sign. If those signed terms ever conflict with this page, the signed terms win.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, and anything shown on this site may change without notice.
What you send us
When you submit a form or reply to us, you confirm the information is accurate, that it's yours to share, and that we may use it to respond, quote and prepare materials for you.
Don't send us confidential third-party information, trade secrets, or anything you aren't permitted to disclose. Don't send sensitive personal data such as medical details, financial account numbers or government identifiers through these forms.
